QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must read, write, and speak English
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in promotions, events, or entertainment in a casino or entertainment environment.
- Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.

- Guest Service:
- Prioritize guest satisfaction by ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience during events and promotions.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Detail Orientation:
- Pay meticulous attention to detail in the planning and execution of events and promotions.
- Ensure all elements, from decorations to entertainment, contribute to a seamless and well-coordinated experience.
- Collaboration:
