Play a critical role In building a team of solid, dedicated slot technicians, whose purpose is to maintain our slot product to ensure incremental coin in and to maximize profitability.
- Extensive technical ability and knowledge of slot machine and validator design and circuitry.
- Ability to work independently

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to assimilate new information rapidly.
- Ability to delegate and train staff members.
- Write timely and accurate performance reviews.
Essential Job Functions:
- Supervise shift of technicians.
- Co-ordinate and communicate effectively with other departments.
- Train technicians in machine repairs, tracking system and bill acceptor repair.
- Trouble shoot circuit boards in gaming equipment to the component level.
- Help with machine moves as needed. Organize, motivate, lead team during projects.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures.
- Give feedback and solutions to problems and potential problems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
