Records Clerk

Location: Pala, CA

Maintain all filing systems.

  • Knowledge of basic office equipment.
  • Ability to enter data and type 25 words per minute.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Must read, write, speak and understand English. Bilingual a plus

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain all records pertaining but not limited to; applications, resumes, rescinds, licensing communications, I9 documentation, drug test results and all active and term personnel files.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
