Location: Pala, CA
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting unique and flavorful cocktails, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and a commitment to maintaining an organized and clean bar environment. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating specialty cocktails, maintaining inventory control, keeping the bar stocked and clean, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and state/federal regulations.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a bartender or mixologist, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Guest Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and connect with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license (if applicable) and adhere to all relevant regulations.
- Certifications: Must hold a valid RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification and Food Handler’s Card- San Diego County
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and garnishes. Familiarity with state and federal liquor laws and health regulations.
- Work Ethic: Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude.

Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for mixing alcoholic beverages
- Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies
- Responsible for keeping bar area clean, sanitized and clear of any unwanted debris
- Responsible for bar back responsibilities if bar back is absent
- Complies with all company policies, procedures, regulatory and state/federal laws
- Perform other duties as assigned.
